Did They Hear The Message I Intended to Convey by Janice Giannini

The ideas that matter often take a back seat to the ideas that keep the lights on.
It’s been months since idea production kicked into high gear. The hard working thoughts churning away in the back of my mind gripe now and again, which would normally behoove me to give them a day or two off to rest and recoup. Employee retention has been a problem, but it’s not like I can really shoulder all of the blame.
In today’s environment of chaos and unpredictability, the sheer variety and volume of ideas currently in demand is off the charts. Without mining this vast array of possibilities on a daily basis, we risk falling even further behind schedule.
The foreman agrees that something drastic needs to change before the thoughts organize a general strike. Better treatment, better conditions, better hours, better pay, and more respect to the ones that have stuck with me for this long.

Klaus Schulze - Irrlicht

Tangerine Dream - Hyperborea

It doesn’t matter what life throws at you. He’ll be there.
He craves content. He has no patience for your creative process. He feeds on your motivation and fills you up to the brim with doubt. He’s colder than the algorithm and twice as deadly.
A moment to rest and relax? Forget it. Don’t you even think about getting comfortable in that nice new chair of yours. The second you put your feet up, turn around and he’ll be there.
Take it from me, he’ll always be there.

It/they are an idea, entering our world from a colorful but formless place of infinite possibilities.
